Emma has been a part of  Melbourne’s architecture scene for over 25 years. With experience at a number of firms before being an founding Director of NTF Architecture, Emma has continued her design focused work since 2017 with her own team and company. Emma believes in providing a service without limits to provide considered design results for her clients.

Rosalyn is an accomplished, registered architect armed with the knowledge and intrigue to deliver beautiful buildings.

With 15 years experience across commercial, cultural and residential projects, her strong design capabilities are now in full flight creating beautiful homes.

Rosalyn’s broad background has contributed to her love of the nitty-gritty, with a particular interest in getting the design right to ensure buildings are sustainable, designed to respond to brief, budget and their contribution to the public realm.

With a practical approach, and love of collaboration, Rosalyn’s organised and grounded nature ensures that everyone on the team enjoys the process, and has a laugh along the way.

Mitch joined ETA in 2019 after gaining experience in a number of related industry fields including land surveying, landscape and furniture construction during and after his university study.

Bringing all his knowledge together in the office as an Associate, Mitch enjoys finding the creative and practical solutions in a design that get the best for his clients.

London joined us in 2021 and loves a sleep in the courtyard or a peek out the front window greeting clients, reps and couriers.
