As founder of Emma Tulloch Architects, she leads a passionate team united by a shared commitment to thoughtful, beautifully resolved design. While the practice is known for high-end residential work, Emma and her team also bring the same care and rigour to projects across a range of sectors.

Emma believes great architecture begins with listening — understanding how people live and how spaces can enrich everyday life. Balancing contemporary design with a deep respect for heritage context, she works closely with clients to navigate constraints and uncover opportunity.

With a collaborative and grounded approach, Emma ensures the process feels considered and rewarding, resulting in homes and spaces that are refined, enduring and deeply personal.

Rosalyn is an accomplished, registered architect armed with the knowledge and intrigue to deliver beautiful buildings.

With 15 years experience across commercial, cultural and residential projects, her strong design capabilities are now in full flight creating beautiful homes.

Rosalyn’s broad background has contributed to her love of the nitty-gritty, with a particular interest in getting the design right to ensure buildings are sustainable, designed to respond to brief, budget and their contribution to the public realm.

With a practical approach, and love of collaboration, Rosalyn’s organised and grounded nature ensures that everyone on the team enjoys the process, and has a laugh along the way.

London joined us in 2021 and loves a sleep in the courtyard or a peek out the front window greeting clients, reps and couriers.
