A Victorian cottage that required additional space for a growing family. Our clients saw an opportunity to utilise adjacent space, formerly an orchard, to accommodate the growing needs of their young family.

The brief sought for a simple, well considered home and finely detailed storage.

The palette of materials and finishes reflect the homeowners’ preference for simple and beautiful elements.  The design choices are quite subtle in their expression but together, create a casual family home where the pool and the garden elements are never far from view.
