A repeat client, the site was acquired to develop as a single residence.  A complex and demanding brief required a considered and sympathetic balance between interior and exterior volumes.

The soft, neutral palette provided a minimalist and refined backdrop which extended the spaces beyond their glazed boundaries. Integrated joinery provided luxurious walls of black paneling and storage.

No space was wasted allowing the site to be used actively and enjoyed in its entirety.
